The Philanthropic Postcard Program

Here's the deal: I'm touring NZ on my trike, and I'm going through some pretty interesting places. While I'm doing it, I'm raising money for the Ride to Conquer Cancer, a charity ride in New South Wales later in the year. This is where you come in.

Contribute $25 or more towards the ride, which benefits the Chris O'Brien Lighthouse, and I will send you a postcard from a scenic town in New Zealand, to anywhere in the world. You can nominate the town you'd like me to send it from - anywhere on my planned route - and specify the message you'd like on it. If you're not particular about either of those things, leave it to me and I'll pick something out myself.

Get one for yourself as an unusual souvenir - not available anywhere else! - or send one to a friend. Or both. It's all for a good cause, after all.

If that sounds like something worth doing, make your donation here. Make sure to include the relevant details in the personal note:
  • If it's not for you, the name of the person I should send it to
  • The full address I should send it to
  • If you'd like me to send it from a specific town along my route, specify which one
  • If you'd like a particular message, let me know what it is
I'll let you know by email once it's been sent. If I'm unable to send the postcard from the place you nominate, I'll send it from the closest place to it that I can manage.

If you'd like to donate more than $25, you can nominate one postcard per $25 you donate.

Every dollar you donate goes towards the Ride to Conquer Cancer; I'm covering the postage and the cost of postcards myself, as my own contribution.
